Welcome to Westen Investments

 
		Westen Investments, Inc. is a small student 
	housing corporation that is focused on creating a fair 
	and respectful business arrangement between our 
	tenants and us. My wife and I are both graduates of 
	W.I.U. and understand the challenges that college 
	students encounter. We try to keep housing challenges 
	to a minimum for our student tenants by creating an 
	environment of trust and communication. 

		We understand that there are times where students 
	may need to act outside the requirements of our lease. 
	Normally, if the tenant communicates the situation with 
	us, and meets their proposed resolution, we are more 
	then happy to accomadate. However, dealing with issues 
	after the fact is rarely acceptable without penalty. 

		Repairs are expected, and we have a maintenance 
	man to deal with normal repairs. Our office is located 
	behind Diggers College City Bowl (123 E. Adams St.), 
	and rent can either be paid at the office or inside the 
	bowling alley at the counter. 

		Our tenants are our customers and we strive for 
	100% customer satisfaction! It would be my pleasure to 
	discuss our available properties with you!
